1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vako. By using Vako you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials safe.
  • Only post content you have the right to share.
  • Be truthful in your profile information.
  • Respect other users, hoods and moderators.

3. Acceptable use

Vako is a meme community. Do not use it for:

  • Impersonating another person or brand.
  • Spam, coordinated engagement or automated posting.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats or targeted abuse.
  • Illegal content, including CSAM, terrorism, or violent extremism.
  • Misinformation intended to cause real-world harm.
  • Sexually explicit content, gratuitous graphic violence.

4. Copyright & intellectual property

You keep ownership of the memes and content you upload. You grant Vako a non-exclusive licence to host and distribute your content within the platform. Do not post content you don't own or have permission to use. If your work has been used on Vako without permission, email vakoappofficial@gmail.com.

5. Moderation

Vako may, at its discretion, remove memes, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We may also adjust or revoke Meme Power, achievements and ranking positions if fraudulent activity or abuse is detected (fake reactions, view manipulation, botting, coordinated inauthentic behaviour).

6. Meme Power & achievements

Meme Power is a virtual score with no monetary value. It may be adjusted for fraud, account termination, deleted content or platform changes. Achievements are awarded automatically based on real activity and may be revoked if that activity is later found to be inauthentic.

7. Termination

You may delete your account any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously break these Terms. On termination, your right to access Vako ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

Vako is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vako is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, content posted by others, or lost Meme Power / achievements.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use of Vako after an update means you accept the new Terms.
